Love Island USA's infamous twist is rightfully known as the biggest test the couples will face in Fiji. Halfway through the season, the boys and girls are split up into separate Villas and have a mini getaway with a group of Bombshells, exploring new connections and risking their established relationships.

This year's Casa was introduced in Episode 17 under the guise of the steamy Hearts on Fire heart rate challenge. The annual performance has the Islanders dress-up in sexy costumes and perform strip teases for each other in hopes of raising each other's heart rates.

While the boys were getting ready for the challenge, they got a text instructing them to leave for Casa in secret. The girls were left in the OG Villa and later sat down around the firepit, expecting to receive dances from the boys. Instead, a giant screen was revealed that captured live video of the guys receiving lap dances from the new Casa Bombshells.
