Fans of figure skating will get plenty of high stakes action on the ice this week, as the European Figure Skating Championships ramp up from Sheffield, England — all streaming live exclusively on Peacock.

NBC Sports is presenting live coverage of the 2026 ISU European Figure Skating Championships from Utilita Arena Sheffield from Wednesday, January 14 through Sunday, January 18. The entire competition will steam live on Peacock. The action includes full coverage of the women’s short, men’s short, pairs’ free, women’s free, men’s free, and free dance.

Ice skaters to watch in the European Figure Skating Championships

Ice skating fans can look for the defending champion ice dance team of Charlène Guignard and Marco Fabbri, Italy’s representative at three consecutive Olympics, as they compete for their fourth consecutive European title. And in a shake-up, France’s Guillaume Cizeron is competing with a new partner in Laurence Fournier Beaudry. The French team placed first at the 2025 Grand Prix de France in their debut competition as a pair, and won the 2025 Grand Prix Finlandia Trophy.

Other skaters to watch for this week: Germany’s Minerva Fabienne Hase and Nikita Volodin, the pairs duo which recently won the 2025 ISU Figure Skating Grand Prix Finlandia Trophy; Switzerland’s 2022 Olympian Lukas Britschgi (men’s short); and Niina Petrokina (women’s short), the first Estonian skater to win an ISU Championship title (European Championships 2025).
 
You'll also see two-time Olympian (2018 and 2022) Loena Hendrickx, representing Belgium, who captured bronze at the 2025 Grand Prix NHK Trophy; and 2022 Olympian Anastasia Gubanova (Georgia), who's competing in the women’s program. The men’s program will showcase France’s Kevin Aymoz, ISU Figure Skating Grand Prix 2025 Saatva Skate America winner; and 2022 Olympian Adam Siao Him Fa (France).
