Lala Kent finally revealed the reason behind her ongoing feud with Scheana Shay in a previously unaired moment from Peacock's extended and uncensored version of The Valley's Season 3 reunion.
Amid a fourth-wall-breaking discussion about Lala's castmate friendships during Part 1 of The Valley reunion, host Andy Cohen asked her, "What is the absolutely horrible thing that happened between you and Scheana that the mere mention of her name, it's like I'm mentioning Voldemort?"
Lala began by explaining that she would finally address the issue, because her and Scheana's daughters were no longer classmates. "I did something that ... my heart was in the right place, but I shouldn't have talked about it," Lala admitted. She went on to clarify that she was referring to Scheana's revelation in her 2025 memoir, My Good Side, that her husband Brock Davies had a "brief affair" during her pregnancy in 2020.
From there, Lala further detailed how she'd shared that intel with her friend and trainer, Jenna Willis, who had been beefing with Scheana on The Valley, prior to the book's release. By Lala's account, she'd only disclosed the personal information to Jenna as way of explaining Scheana's behavior toward her at the time.
How Scheana Shay found out that Lala Kent was talking about her marriage
Afterward, Jenna had a "slip," according to Lala, and repeated the private info about Scheana and Brock's marriage to Zack Wickham. Lala said that she immediately picked up the phone and called Scheana, before she could find out what happened from somebody else.
"Fast-forward, I asked her, 'Please don't take this to the streets. Let's work this out between us,'" Lala recalled, becoming visibly choked up. "And she kept talking about it. My heart is so f--king broken."

Lala Kent opens up about her other Vanderpump Rules castmate friendships
From the moment The Valley's Season 3 reunion kicked off, it was apparent that Scheana wasn't Lala's only former Vanderpump Rules castmate with whom she still had some unsettled feelings. When Andy pointed out that Lala's last reunion appearance during VPR Season 11 "was not pretty," for example, she remarked, "Just talking about it makes me, like, stressed out."

"There are a lot of times where my social life does come from filming, and I love that," Lala explained. "I didn't know those people, and they became my family and my dearest friends."
