Every Sneaky, Strategic Move Made by The Secret Traitor (RECAP)
Let's review the moves made as a result of Alan Cumming's brand new twist.
SPOILER WARNING: This story reveals major plot points from Episodes 1-3 of The Traitors Season 4.
For the first time in four seasons of Peacock's The Traitors, a secret, parallel game was being played in plain sight. In this season's premiere episode (now streaming on Peacock), host Alan Cumming introduced a brand new game twist: a Secret Traitor.
This player was selected in the opening minutes of the game but kept hidden from all contestants and the audience at home. Not only did it vex the traditional Traitors (Candiace Dillard Bassett, Lisa Rinna, and Rob Rausch) and diminish their power, but it forced them and the viewing audience to be extra observant about the behavior of the seeming Faithful players.
The Secret Traitor didn't stay that way for long but they certainly made some savvy moves in the time they had. Below, we look at some of their best gamer moves.

Who is the Secret Traitor?
During the second Roundtable in Episode 3, Donna Kelce received an almost unanimous vote for Banishment. Upon her exit, she dramatically revealed to the room: "You got yourself a Traitor!"
The sweet, former banker and self-professed fangirl of the celebs in the game around her did her diabolical best performing the super secret duties of the Secret Traitor for two and a half episodes.
Who did the Secret Traitor nominate for "Murder"?
Donna Kelce was able to curator two separate "Murder" lists for the turret Traitors to select from. At the end of Episode 1, she gave them the options — Rob Rausch, Ian Terry, Mark Ballas or Eric Nam. (They chose Ian Terry.)
For the murder in plain sight challenge for the trio of Traitors, she gave them the options — Monét X Change, Tara Lipinski, Kristen Kish, and Rob Cesternino. (They chose Rob Cesternino.)
What were the Secret Traitor's best game moves?
For her first curated list, Donna said she whittled down her options to those who were off the radar. And that was definitely the case with Mark Ballas and Eric Nam. Either of them would have confused the Faithful because they weren't assertive in their game play. She also made the smart choice of putting Rob R. in an even more sympathetic position with the Faithful. At breakfast, as everyone watched the players come through the door, he was included in that vulnerable last group to arrive. By putting him in that group, she reinforced his Traitor smokescreen. But her smartest move was to include Ian Terry on the list, an incisive gamer and huge threat to the Traitors the longer he stayed in the game.
In her second curated list, Donna again selected players who were not dominating the game or coming up in conversations as potential Traitors: Monét X Change, Tara Lipinski, and Kristen Kish. But her one-two punch of focusing on very observant gamers made sure Rob C. was taken from the game. He would have been major trouble for the Traitors in the wake of his figuring out that a murder in plain sight was happening with that conga line distraction.
And lastly, Donna may not have convinced the Faithful that she was one of them, but she certainly didn't give herself away as a Secret Traitor to Rob, Lisa, or Candiace. They voted with the crowd to protect themselves but they were just as surprised when Donna revealed her Traitor status.
