Reality Shows Starring Tiffany Haddish, Nelly, and Ashanti Greenlit at Peacock
More House of Villains and true crime, too.
More unscripted TV is on the way.
Peacock announced five new shows have been greenlit, from docuseries starring Tiffany Haddish, Nelly, and Ashanti, to true-crime programming, to a series diving into the legacy of Universal Theme Parks with behind-the-scenes access to the opening of the new Universal theme park, Epic Universe. A third season of the competition series House of Villains, hosted by Joel McHale, has also been picked up and will stream exclusively on Peacock.
They’ll join Peacock’s rich reality slate, which includes previously announced Season 7 of Love Island USA (June 3), Love Island USA spin-off series Love Island: Beyond the Villa (summer 2025), Season 2 of Love Island Games (late 2025), Season 4 of The Traitors (early 2026), and the Peacock debut of Married at First Sight (late 2025).

Epic Ride: The Story of Universal Theme Parks

The three-part docuseries celebrates the history and legacy of the Universal Theme Parks. Through unprecedented access, rare archival footage, and intimate interviews with directors, producers, executives, and A-list celebrities, the series will explore Universal's iconic film history as well as provide an exclusive behind-the-scenes countdown to the opening of its new theme park, Epic Universe.

The Idaho Student Murders
Premieres: Summer 2025
The 90-minute feature documentary focuses on the pre-trial case against Bryan Kohberger, a criminology student accused of brutally stabbing to death four University of Idaho coeds. Could Kohberger have been a serial killer in the making, a man who hates women, or is there enough evidence to exonerate him altogether? The documentary features never-before-seen-interviews with Kaylee Goncalves’ brother and friends of the victims.
