Throughout the season, the NBC Sports crew will bring you weekly baseball matchups via Sunday Night Baseball, afternoon games through MLB Sunday Leadoff, and more, every week from late March all the way through September.

NBC Sports' MLB coverage in 2026

You won't have to wait long for MLB coverage to hit your Peacock account. NBC Sports will be covering the action on Opening Day on March 26, including the first game of the day and the only primetime matchup of the evening through a special Thursday edition of Sunday Night Baseball

From there, Sunday Night Baseball continues all spring and summer long with games every Sunday night, and it won't be alone. In May, Peacock will launch MLB Sunday Leadoff, a weekly series of afternoon games, most of which are Peacock-exclusive, giving you multiple games every Sunday. Then, on Fourth of July Weekend, NBC and Peacock team up for "Star-Spangled Sunday," featuring more than a dozen games, all just a click away on your Peacock account.
