According to the WNBA's website, each of the league's 15 teams will play 44 games in the 2026 regular season. That amounts to 330 games over the course of a four-month season. That includes the WNBA Commissioner's Cup tournament, an in-season competition similar to the NBA's Emirates NBA Cup. And like the NBA, the WNBA's season also includes an All-Star Break and All-Star Game, held in late July.

Unlike the NBA, the WNBA's regular season also includes a late-summer break for players to participate in the Women's Basketball World Cup. That break will run from August 31-September 16, ahead of the regular season ending later that month.
