How to Watch Premier League Matchweek 35 on Peacock: Will Bruno Fernandes Break the Assist Record?
The Premier League is back on Peacock this weekend, headlined by the next iteration of a historic rivalry!
As we enter the last month of the Premier League season, there’s plenty to play for at both ends of the table. Arsenal’s win over Newcastle last week pushed them three points clear of Manchester City at the top of the table, but Pep Guardiola’s men have a game in hand. Both title challengers face difficult tests this weekend, as Arsenal hosts Fulham in a London derby, and City visits Everton.
The battle for next season’s Champions League spots is all but finished, with eight points separating Aston Villa in 5th from Brighton in 6th with four games to go. It would be catastrophic at this point if Manchester United, Liverpool, or Aston Villa fell out of the top five. At the bottom of the table, two points separate Tottenham in 18th from West Ham in 17th. Both teams go on the road this weekend against opposition in the top half of the table, so it will be interesting to see how things stand come the end of this matchweek.
Here's how you can catch Premier League this weekend on Peacock!

What to watch for in Manchester United vs. Liverpool match on Peacock
Manchester United currently sits in third place in the Premier League table, three points ahead of Liverpool in fourth. The Red Devils have one defeat in their last five matches, which includes wins against Aston Villa, Chelsea, and Brentford. A win against Liverpool on Sunday would all but solidify their spot in next season’s Champions League. And to top it all off, star man Bruno Fernandes is one assist away from matching the single-season assist record set by Thierry Henry and Kevin De Bruyne.
After a difficult run of form in March and early April, Liverpool has won their last three matches in the Premier League. They are eight points clear of Brighton in 6th place with four games to go, paving the way for a return to next season’s Champions League. Arne Slot and the Reds will be looking to defeat their rivals and make a late push to finish the season in third place. With Hugo Ekitike and Mohamed Salah both likely to miss this game through injury, all eyes will be on Alexander Isak to lead the line and find his form in a Liverpool shirt.
When and where can you stream Manchester United v. Liverpool?
Peacock's coverage for Manchester United vs. Liverpool starts Sunday, May 3 at 9:30 a.m. ET.
What are the other storylines for Matchweek 35 of the Premier League?
Brighton visits Newcastle on Saturday in a big game for their European qualification aspirations. Only three points separate Brighton in 6th from Everton in 11th, so a win against the Magpies would be critical for Fabian Hürzeler’s men. Speaking of European qualification, despite sitting in 12th place, Sunderland has an outside chance of sneaking into the top seven. They sit three points behind Bournemouth in 7th, and visit a Wolves side that has already been relegated. Rounding out Saturday’s action is a massive game for the title race. Arsenal hosts Fulham in a London derby and anything other than three points for the Gunners will give Manchester City a chance to take a commanding lead at the top of the table.
Our final game on Peacock comes on Sunday when Bournemouth hosts Crystal Palace at Vitality Stadium. The Cherries have been in fantastic form to end the season and will look to chase Brighton in 6th to qualify for next season’s Europa League.
Fantasy Premier League players to watch in Matchweek 35
Bruno Fernandes - Manchester United
With five assists and a goal in his last five matches, Bruno Fernandes has been on fire. If the Red Devils are to score against Liverpool on Sunday, he will likely be involved in some way. Being on penalties and all set pieces helps add to his value this week as well.
Eberechi Eze - Arsenal
Eze scored a sensational goal against Newcastle last weekend before coming off early in the second half because of an injury. It was confirmed that the injury was not serious and Eze played midweek in the Champions League against Atletico Madrid, almost earning a penalty for the Gunners. His creativity and quality going forward are critical to Arsenal’s success, and if he starts on Saturday, he’ll be involved going forward.
Junior Kroupi - Bournemouth
Kroupi has been in fine form for Bournemouth of late with three goals in his last four matches, two of those coming at the Vitality. This is a must-win game for the Cherries and Andoni Iraola’s side has been scoring for fun recently with eight goals in their last four games.
