How to Watch the Nike Hoop Summit Live on Peacock: Roster, Schedule Format & More

The 2025-2026 NBA regular season is winding down, but there's plenty more NBC Sports basketball coverage to look forward to. There are the NBA Playoffs coming soon, of course, as well as WNBA action ramping up in May, but this time of year also means looking ahead to the future of basketball.

This weekend on Peacock, NBC Sports will host the 27th edition of the Nike Hoop Summit, an annual event meant to spotlight the best teenage basketball prospects from the United States and around the world. As with every installment of the event, you can expect to see the future of the NBA and the WNBA on the court, and you'll be able to catch all of the action live on Peacock

How to watch world's top basketball recruits in the 2026 Nike Hoop Summit

The 2026 edition of the Nike Hoop Summit is set to begin Saturday, April 11 at 7 p.m. ET, live from the Moda Center in Portland, Oregon. The event will kick off with a pregame show hosted by NBC's Ahmad Fareed alongside Aja Ellison and Matt McCall.

The women's game will tip off at 7:30 p.m. ET. A brief "bridge" show will air after the women's game, taking viewers back to the studio with Fareed, before the men's game tips off at 10 p.m. ET. You can catch it all live on Peacock.

John Fanta will be on the play-by-play call for both games, joined in the booth by Edona Thaqi for the women's game and Robbie Hummel for the men's game. Caroline Pineda will report from the sidelines during both games. 

WNBA on Peacock & NBC

The WNBA is coming to Peacock and NBC, with some of the sports biggest stars on the chase for a WNBA title. Want to see players like Caitlin Clark, A'ja Wilson, Angel Reese and Paige Bueckers in action this season? Peacock has you covered.

How the Nike Hoop Summit works

Since 1995, the Nike Hoop Summit has gathered the best basketball prospects from all over the world for an exhibition matchup against the best recruits from the United States. As with previous installments, this year's Summit will take the form of a U.S. vs. The World game, with top high school basketball recruits facing off against the best players under the age of 19 from all over the world.

Who's playing in the 2026 Nike Hoop Summit?

Over the past three decades, the summit has hosted future All-Stars, MVPs, and league champions ranging from Kevin Durant to Tony Parker to Nikola Jokic. Last year's top overall draft pick, Cooper Flagg, also participated in 2024, which means that future overall number one picks, champions, and MVPs may already be in this year's lineup. Here are just a few of the players you can expect to see on the court on Saturday:

NBA on NBC

The NBA is officially back on NBC and Peacock, with exclusive games every week across broadcast and streaming featuring some of the biggest stars in the game.
