Ken Roczen vs. Hunter Lawrence in a one‑point battle for the Supercross title

The 2026 Monster Energy AMA Supercross premier class title is up for grabs this Saturday in Salt Lake City, but it all comes down to just two riders: Ken Roczen and Hunter Lawrence, who are currently tied for class lead in wins (five) and podium finishes (12). Lawrence did what he had to last weekend in Denver, by winning the penultimate race of the season at Mile High Stadium. In doing so, he cut Roczen’s lead to just one point in the 450SX points standings, setting up the first winner-take-all showdown between two international athletes in this weekend's season finale. Whoever wins, it'll be a career-first Supercross premier class title for either Roczen or Lawrence.

Haiden Deegan vs Cole Davies in the 250SX East/West Showdown

In the Western Divisional 250SX Class, Haiden Deegan won his league-leading seventh race of the season last weekend in Denver, meaning he's already clinched the Class title. For those counting at home, that's the 14th win of his career, moving him into third place on the all-time 250SX Class wins list. In the East, 18-year-old Cole Davies has already clinched the 250SX Class title, his first professional Supercross championship. Both Deegan and Davies will compete in the 250SX East/West Showdown during Saturday's finale.
